WEPACON GmbH is a well-connected market player throughout Germany when it comes to the acquisition of building plots. As a rule, the plots are purchased by a sister company and the necessary building rights are then implemented. A preliminary check on the availability of electricity is also carried out.

WEPACON would like to support and promote the process of necessary digitalization in Germany in the best possible way. More digitalization will significantly reduce other CO₂-producing processes, which will benefit the environment and thus the generation of tomorrow. Furthermore, it is important to us to build bridges to market participants who use the waste heat from data centers sensibly to protect the liquidity of the general public.
