IDA - Italian Datacenter Association

IDA - Italian Datacenter Association was founded in Milan at the end of 2022 by Microsoft, Equinix Italy, Rai Way, Data4 Group, STACK Infrastructure, Digital Realty, Vantage Data Centers and CBRE Data Centers.

The alliance of industry giants thus acknowledges the enormous importance of data centers for the Italian economy and modern life. IDA aims to provide a platform for developers and operators to strengthen Italy's position as an important location in the European and global data network. In addition, the IDA has set itself the task of representing the interests of the data center industry vis-à-vis politicians, creating more transparency and generating a better perception of the industry.
