Züblin is a member of the STRABAG Group, a European-based technology group for construction services, where it is the leading brand for building construction and civil engineering. The ZÜBLIN teams create added value for their clients by taking an end-to-end view of construction over the entire life cycle and realising buildings in partnership – from planning and design to construction, operation and facility management to redevelopment or demolition.

In recent years, ZÜBLIN has been promoting the topics of digitalisation, LEAN.Construction and sustainability and – supported by the many years of experience of its Zentrale Technik competence centre – is also increasingly offering integrated design and construction from a single source as a general planner.

ZÜBLIN’s involvement in the exciting and complex field of data centre construction began more than a decade ago. From the structural works to the roof and walls to large turnkey data centres, ZÜBLIN has realised several projects of this kind throughout Germany and our experts are ready to play an active role in meeting the growing demand for infrastructure in the field of digitalisation in the years to come.

Our corporate slogan ‘Work On Progress’ is an expression of our current effort and focus to digitalise our processes as a way to promote data-driven sustainable design and construction. And our close cooperation with external partners is an essential part of this process. In our future partnership with the GERMAN DATACENTER ASSOCIATION, networked and in interdisciplinary exchange, ZÜBLIN will contribute its strength as an experienced general contractor of large-scale construction projects.
