HOCHTIEF is an engineering-led global infrastructure group with leading positions across its core activities of construction, services and concessions/public-private partnerships (PPP). With around 37,000 employees and a sales volume of more than EUR 26 billion in 2022, HOCHTIEF’s global presence is focused on developed markets.

HOCHTIEF - together with its subsidiaries in Northern America, Australia and Asia/Pacific - realized only in the last year more than EUR 4 billion with data center construction. The company is able to bring in this broad experience into the design and construction of data center projects worldwide, supporting its international clients in realizing their challenging projects.

HOCHTIEF's roots lie in Frankfurt. This is where the successful history of Germany’s largest construction company began exactly 150 years ago. The main factors of its success - the highest technical competence, quality, innovation and trustworthy customer relationships – are still valid today. Whether the Commerzbank Tower, the Messeturm, the Main Tower, the Marienturm or the ONE: Some of the most important buildings of the city’s skyline were built by HOCHTIEF Building Frankfurt.

In addition to the building branch in Frankfurt, HOCHTIEF has a dense network of branches and subsidiaries throughout Germany and other important European construction markets. With seven operative building branch offices in Germany, the company is represented in all important regions of the country.

We are pleased to be a member of the German Datacenter Association.

Through our worldwide experience in constructing data centers, combined with our presence and market knowledge throughout Germany and large parts of Europe, we are able to support our customers in the design and construction of innovative and sustainable data centers here as well.
