Antitrust commitment
Companies and organisations are subject to far-reaching rules of antitrust law. They must assess for themselves whether they are acting in compliance with antitrust law.
The German Datacenter Association e.V. (GDA e.V.) offers its cooperative members a basis for the exchange of views and experience on condition that they comply with cartel law. Meetings of GDA e.V. do not serve to deal with topics that violate cartel law or to create or promote opportunities for agreements or resolutions that violate cartel law.
GDA e.V. will not tolerate any conduct contrary to cartel law.
