Studytrip to Sweden - 14 - 16 June 2023

8:45 – 12:30 - Stockholm Exergi

A guided tour of Värtaverket, the cogeneration plant operated by Stockholm Exergi, the local energy company providing more than 800,000 residents, 400 hospitals, data centers and other private and public businesses with heating and cooling, as well as ensuring the electricity demand in the Stockholm region. The site visit also included a presentation of Stockholm Dataparks and Open District Heating.

13:00 – 14:30 Conapto 3 North

Site visit to Conapto 3 North which is a certified climate neutral datacenter. The DC is powered by 100% renewable energy and has a PUE between 1.15-1.25.

15:00 – 16:30 Stack STO01

Site visit to Stack’s ST01, one of the biggest modern Data Centers in Sweden. Here we had a presentation, as well as small group site tours through the data center.
