Over the decades, Fritz Meyer GmbH Bauunternehmung (Meyer Bau) has established itself as one of the leading construction companies in the regions of Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, North Rhine-Westphalia and Baden-Württemberg. The family-owned company, headquartered in Altenkirchen (Westerwald), has around 300 of its own employees and a large network of partner companies to build complex and demanding construction projects, including industrial, residential and office buildings.

A particular area of expertise is "core & shell" services, which Meyer Bau has been successfully implementing in the datacenter sector since 2011; the company played a major role in the construction of several data centers for Interxion. With its newly established "datacenter segment", Meyer Bau is intensifying its activities in the construction of new datacenters. Speed, flexibility and quality are of the utmost priority to the company.

Meyer Bau is committed to sustainable construction, among other things through its pioneering role in the field of timber hybrid construction and a partnership with the PropTech company Metabuild GmbH. Meyer Bau is AMS-certified by the BG Bau and follows the highest standards in the area of safety as well as environmental and health protection; the company has an "excellent credit rating" certificate from Creditreform.

We at Meyer Bau are very pleased to join the German Datacenter Association and be part of this excellent initiative to shape the datacenter landscape in Germany.
