With the inclusion of nexspace data centers GmbH, the German Datacenter Association (GDA) expands its network with a data center and colocation specialist focusing on the DACH region.
The experts provide organizations of all sizes – from SMEs to KRITIS operators and cloud providers – with resilient storage and computing solutions. Their data centers are consistently tailored to meet growing demands in economically strong regions.
“For us at nexspace data centers, the GDA is the key association to address the interests of data center developers and operators in politics and public,” explains Managing Director Lars Schnidrig, commenting on the reasons for joining. “Especially in light of the far-reaching political changes under the amendments to the Energy Efficiency Act, we fully support the GDA’s work.”
“With nexspace, we welcome a young yet experienced team that consistently focuses on sustainability, performance, and customer orientation,” says GDA Chairwoman Anna Klaft. “At a time of steadily increasing demands on digital infrastructure, innovative, sustainable, and resilient colocation services are a central factor for Germany and the entire DACH region as a business location. We look forward to exchanging ideas and working together!”
