When two young engineers established a company selling hydraulics accessories in Saarland back in 1963, no one could have imagined that it would go on to become an international company group and one of the leading suppliers in the hydraulics and engineering sectors. More than 10,000 employees worldwide now work for and with their customers to create custom, high-quality products.
The HYDAC portfolio ranges from classic hydraulic accumulators, filters, pumps, cylinders, cooling systems and numerous other components to comprehensive and innovative system solutions for electromobility and hydrogen.
The global expertise network of the family-run business includes over 50 subsidiaries and around 500 sales and service partners. In Germany alone, more than 900 engineers develop energy-efficient, reliable and resource-friendly solutions for customers in a diverse range of industries.
HYDAC also offers a broad product range in the data centre segment, where it supports system engineers and owners in securing and optimising system operation. HYDAC supplies individually tailored solutions, in particular for cooling and fluid-related tasks, for both white space and peripheral grey space applications.
We are delighted to be joining the GDA as a partner and look forward to contributing our diverse expertise to this network. In a globalised and increasingly networked world, efficient and rapid project realisation calls for effective networking throughout the entire supply chain for the construction and operation of data centres – especially given the demand that is set to emerge in the coming years.
We consider fluid management and thermal management in particular to be key aspects that will significantly influence the availability, performance and sustainability of new and existing data centres. We look forward to engaging in productive dialogue on these matters with other members and partners.
