Invest Northern Ireland

Invest Northern Ireland (Invest NI) is Northern Ireland's regional economic development agency. It is a non-departmental public body (NDPB) of the Department for the Economy (DfE).Among their tasks is the promotion of economic growth by helping new and existing businesses to compete internationally, and by attracting new investment to Northern Ireland. Invest NI principally support businesses in the manufacturing and tradeable services sectors.

In recent months, we have been able to observe an increased activity of our Northern Irish construction companies in the area of building and equipping data centers. Likewise, there has been an increase in inquiries from our clients about opportunities to get involved in the construction of data centers in the DACH market. At the Data Center World, I was able to speak with several German companies about this topic and received only positive feedback. Through membership in the GDA, we gain the opportunity to introduce our Northern Irish clients and their potentials. This allows all members to access suitable companies directly when needed.
