The solution supports all project stakeholders – from owners to site managers – in executing projects efficiently, transparently, and collaboratively, from design through construction to commissioning.

With visual scheduling and process planning, AI-powered task and risk management, and real-time transparency, lcmd reduces delays and cost risks. For technically demanding projects like data centers, the platform ensures structured workflows, clear responsibilities, and maximum planning reliability.

My motivation to get involved with the GDA is to show how lcmd significantly improves schedule and cost reliability in the data center industry. Given the immense time pressure and high penalties for delays, we create much greater planning certainty through intuitive, takt-based management and real-time transparency.

I want to bring this hands-on expertise from complex data center projects into the GDA and help further professionalize and standardize the industry.
