Founded in 1996 with a focus on the delivery, maintenance, and installation of batteries, the company with headquarters in Ahrensburg is now a system integrator for emergency power technology: With the rapidly advancing digitalisation and the boom in data centres, Notstromtechnik-Clasen GmbH (NTC) realized the vision of a holistic emergency power supply from a single source.

In doing so, the company consciously acts independently from suppliers; whether UPS and/or emergency power systems, single or multiple module, 100kVA or 3600kVA: 96 experienced specialists now ensure in the Ahrensburg headquarters, in the Frankfurt branch, as well as at service points throughout Germany, that emergency power concepts are planned and integrated - each of which is specifically adapted to the customer's needs in terms of size, performance, costs, and design.

"Participating as a partner of GDA was a very conscious decision, based on the know-how of the complexity of a highly available, uninterruptible power supply in the data centre industry," Managing Director Jörg Böhme explains the decision to join GDA.

"With NTC, we welcome an experienced system integrator for emergency power technology to GDA. We look forward to exchanging ideas and developing joint solutions," says GDA Chairwoman Anna Klaft, welcoming the new partner.

"The market is growing rapidly, sustainability becomes even more important – therefore it is relevant for all stakeholder to work together closely with a common consensus. I look forward to playing an active and informative role here in the future," Jörg Böhme continues.
