Kauri CAB Digital Infrastructure GmbH is a specialist data center development platform focused on hyperscale and AI-ready infrastructure in Germany, with a primary emphasis on the Frankfurt region – Europe’s most interconnected digital hub. We originate, structure, and develop powered shell and build-to-suit data center solutions for hyperscale cloud providers and neo-cloud platforms. Our activities span site acquisition, energy infrastructure planning, grid connection strategy, and development management – from early-stage land sourcing through to delivery-ready assets.
The Frankfurt and Rhine-Main corridor sit at the heart of Europe’s digital infrastructure landscape. We actively contribute to shaping its next phase of growth, working closely with landowners, utilities, municipalities, and capital partners to unlock development opportunities in one of the world’s most supply-constrained markets.
