Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services (BEIS) is one of the leading providers of specialized industrial maintenance services, backed by decades of experience. We operate in chemical plants, power stations, and refineries, supporting our customers with a broad service portfolio that is continuously developed and expanded.

Our range of services includes thermal insulation, fire protection, and access solutions such as scaffolding, rope access, and motorized or suspended work platforms. By combining these services under one roof, we reduce interfaces, improve efficiency, and significantly enhance both occupational safety and plant reliability.

In Germany, our headquarters is located in Ratingen near Düsseldorf. From here, we support well known industrial clients through framework agreements and project-based business, standing for the highest standards of safety, efficient project execution, and reliable quality.

BEIS is part of the U.S.-based BrandSafway Group, a global leader in specialized industrial services. The BrandSafway Group also includes Hünnebeck, another company headquartered in Ratingen, which offers a comprehensive portfolio of formwork and scaffolding systems, safety solutions, and extensive related services.

As part of the BrandSafway Group, we aim to contribute to the German Data Center Association (GDA) and share our practical experience in the construction of data centers. Our broad portfolio of industrial services, including insulation, access solutions, safety and fire protection systems, as well as formwork and shoring systems, helps reduce interfaces and enables significant time and cost savings.
The GDA is the right platform to collaboratively develop concrete requirements for construction-site and operational safety, efficient project execution, and scalable infrastructure expansion. Together with fellow members, we intend to help shape the industry and drive future ready solutions.
