Fractera GmbH is a specialist data center Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and Owner's Representative headquartered in Germany. The company supports international data center developers and operators with independent, client-side project management and advisory services across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Acting on behalf of project owners, Fractera provides governance and leadership, coordinates stakeholders, and manages cost, schedule, quality, and risk to safeguard predictable delivery and successful project outcomes.

Fractera joined the GDA to help shape the conditions in which Germany’s next generation of data centers will be planned, built, delivered, and operated. By contributing and engaging with the wider industry, Fractera aims to support smarter delivery, stronger standards, and a resilient digital infrastructure ecosystem.
