Frankfurt DATA FFO AI GmbH is a young company focused on developing a hyperscale data center site in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. Building on long-standing experience in real estate and project development, the company has created key conditions for the project through strategic land acquisition, fast decision-making and close cooperation with the city, district and public authorities. The company is confident in the site’s potential and aims to make an active contribution to Germany’s further development as a strong and internationally competitive data center location.

As Managing Director of Frankfurt DATA FFO AI GmbH, I see GDA membership as an important step in positioning the project within a strong professional, political and business network. The exchange with companies, experts and decision-makers in the industry is particularly valuable during the development phase of a new data center site. I am convinced that Germany can play a strong role in the international competition for digital infrastructure, and I aim to actively contribute to this development through our project.
