Telis Energie Deutschland GmbH

Telis Energie Deutschland GmbH is a project development company specialising in sustainable energy and infrastructure projects, headquartered in Berlin. The company develops and realises projects in the areas of open-space photovoltaics, wind energy, battery storage systems, and data centres, thereby contributing to the energy transition and the expansion of future-proof digital infrastructure in Germany.

The core focus of its activities lies in identifying and developing suitable sites, fostering collaborative partnerships with landowners, municipalities, and other project stakeholders, and guiding projects from the planning stage through to implementation readiness.

We are part of the internationally active Telis Energy Group, a portfolio company of Carlyle, and accordingly benefit from a strong capital base. Our goal is to develop sustainable energy and infrastructure projects, thereby ensuring a secure, efficient, and forward-looking supply of energy and digital services.

I believe that the expansion of data centers and the energy transition must be strategically aligned. As Managing Director of Telis Energie Deutschland GmbH, I want to actively contribute our experience at the interface of renewable energy and data center development to the work of the GDA. At the same time, we expect the exchange within the network to provide valuable insights into regulatory, infrastructure-related, and market developments—enabling us to help shape sustainable digital infrastructure in Germany even more effectively.
