In order to intensify technical work on the association's core topics, the German Datacenter Association's Advisory Board was established at the end of 2021. With the departure of an advisory board member from a member company, a vacancy arose in the five-member body. At the General Assembly, Christian Kallenbach was elected for this position by the members of the association.
Christian Kallenbach has been active in the industry for over 25 years and has worked for large infrastructure providers, innovative start-up companies as well as data center operators. He has been VP Sales & Marketing at DATA CASTLE since October.
"Data centers are a cornerstone of the necessary faster digitzation in all areas of work and life," Christian Kallenbach is convinced. "A strong German Datacenter Association is important to further drive this development in cooperation with politics. I would like to play an active role in this and contribute my many years of experience."
